the ritual set includes one handmade, refillable jesmonite vessel and one 400g no. 01 — sacred pause candle refill insert.
the refill contains approximately 400g of wax. the insert measures approximately 90mm in diameter and 70mm high.
the vessel has an internal height of approximately 75mm and is designed specifically to hold the uyinu refill.
burn time will vary depending on wick care, room conditions and the length of each burn. the final estimated burn time will be confirmed following full product testing.
no. 01 — sacred pause is a grounding blend of green citrus leaf, quiet spice, luminous resin, frankincense, rose and atlas cedarwood.
the fragrance unfolds gradually, bringing depth without heaviness and calm without silence.
no. each vessel is handmade, so small variations in tone, texture and surface detail are part of its character rather than faults.
uyinu candles are hand-poured using a coconut-soy wax blend chosen for its smooth finish, gentle burn and ability to release scent gradually.
each candle uses two pure cotton wicks, selected to support an even melt pool across the wide refill insert.
sacred pause is an essential-oil-led blend created with frankincense, atlas cedarwood, petitgrain, elemi, pink pepper and a trace of rose.
our candles are made with a coconut-soy wax blend, pure cotton wicks and carefully selected scent materials formulated without phthalates or parabens.
our candles contain soy wax. if you have a known soy allergy or sensitivity, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use.
the vessel is handmade from jesmonite, a strong mineral-based composite that creates a tactile, stone-like finish.
the interior is sealed to support the refill system, while the exterior keeps its natural, softly textured appearance.
yes. trim both wicks to approximately 5mm before every burn, including the first.
this helps keep the flames steady and reduces smoke, soot and uneven burning.
allow enough time for the melted wax to move evenly towards the edge of the insert. this helps establish an even burn pattern and reduces the chance of tunnelling.
do not burn the candle for longer than four hours at a time. allow it to cool fully before relighting or trimming the wicks.
extinguish the candle, allow it to cool and trim both wicks before relighting.
place the vessel upright on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from draughts, children, pets and flammable materials.
do not burn the candle completely to the base. stop using it when a small layer of wax remains and follow the care guidance supplied with your order.
once your candle is finished, the complete refill insert can be removed and replaced while the handmade vessel remains.
each uyinu refill contains approximately 400g of wax and is made specifically for the uyinu vessel.
allow the candle and vessel to cool completely. carefully lift the finished insert from the vessel without forcing it or using sharp metal tools.
remove any loose wax gently and wipe the sealed interior with a soft, dry cloth or paper towel.
make sure the vessel is completely clean, dry and undamaged before placing the new refill inside.
no. do not soak the jesmonite vessel, place it in a dishwasher, pour boiling water into it or heat it in an oven.
uyinu refill inserts are designed specifically for the dimensions and safety requirements of the uyinu vessel.
