orders placed before 2pm monday–friday (excluding bank holidays) are typically processed within 1–2 working days.

during busy periods, launches or seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer. if there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

we currently ship to addresses within the united kingdom, including mainland uk, northern ireland and the scottish highlands..

we do not currently offer international shipping.

tracking your order

once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your royal mail tracking information.

please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

uyinu cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

if a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-sent.

lost or delayed parcels

while we will always do our best to assist, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

if your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@uyinu.com and we will work with royal mail to investigate the shipment.

damaged items

we take great care in packaging every order. however, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the item.

we will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

returns

return requests

if you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

to be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unused
  • be in their original condition
  • be returned in the original packaging where possible

we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

return shipping

customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

we recommend using a tracked delivery service, as uyinu cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

refunds

once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

if approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

damaged or incorrect items
